Anthony Albanese earns $104,520 a year renting out his two homes in Sydney as he lives rent-free in the taxpayer-funded Lodge.
The Prime Minister finalized a deal in November to let his former three-bedroom Federation home in Marrickville, six days after announcing it for $1,350 a week.
And with his second rental home near Dulwich Hill – which he rented for $880 a week in 2018, but cut by a quarter when the pandemic hit – he now takes in $104,520 a year in rental income only.
This is in addition to his prime minister’s salary of $564,356, bringing his combined income to $668,876 per year.

Mr Albanese moved into the Prime Minister’s official residences full-time at Kirribilli House in Sydney and The Lodge in Canberra following his election victory last May.
He was famous in his pajamas outside his Marrickville home – which he shared with his son Nathan, 22 – the day after his victory.
Mr Albanese bought the house with his ex-wife, former NSW Deputy First Minister Carmel Tebbutt, for $997,500 in 2006.
It was rented out through an east suburban property company, The Agency Property Management, based in Bondi Junction and snapped up within days.

Malcolm Turnbull has shunned the prime minister’s official residences to stay at his lavish mansion in Point Piper.
The Prime Minister’s home in Marrickville was last on the rental market in 2005, when it rented for $680 a week.
Since becoming Prime Minister, Mr Albanese has also sold his Canberra unit to Barton, which he bought in 1996 for $192,000, for an undisclosed amount. Neighboring units recently sold for around $550,000.
He also sold another investment rental property he owned, just up the street from his current home, for $2.35 million in July 2021 after paying $1.115 million in 2012.
Her second rental property in Dulwich Hill is rented to her self-confessed number one fan and TikTok influencer, Chrissy Flanagan.

She told Daily Mail Australia how the Prime Minister cut his rent by 25% when the Covid pandemic hit – and failed to raise it afterwards.
“At the start of the pandemic, recognizing that my partner and I are small businesses in the hospitality industry, he reduced our rent by 25%, which was incredible at the time,” she said.
“But what is more amazing is that even now, two years later, he still hasn’t put it back.

Mr Albanese bought the modern terraced, three-bedroom, two-bathroom house in Dulwich Hill in 2015 for $1.175million.
“And yes, things are still uneven in the hospitality industry, but I don’t think other people are still getting that kind of support from their owners.”
She told Daily Mail Australia: ‘Not all politicians are the same in private as they are in public.
“I just think if you get these little glimpses of what someone actually looks like, when nobody’s looking, that tells you something.
“It’s just a small reflection of what a person is in private as to what they could be when given the opportunity to live their values more broadly.”
